Mint Green + Beach Hippy Inspiration Board
Mint green or pastel green is a huge Spring 2012 trend at the moment! We started thinking about how this trend fits in with the crochet/Bohemian look, and then we spotted a hammock from Anthropologie that completely inspired this inspiration board. It’s a little bit of vintage, a little bit of handcrafted/DIY, and a little bit of beach elegance. This theme works for summer weddings, both near the beach or in a land-locked location! With a little bit of imagination, and elbow grease, you really can turn any room into an exotic getaway.
The hammock just oozes “relax, you’re on vacation!” We think hanging the wind chime over your sweetheart table would be so darling, and having the photo of a surfer with table name is a great addition to your guests’ centerpieces.

The 46th Superbowl is taking place on February 5, 2012 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN with the New England Patriots taking on the New York Giants. We found some great ideas to use if you’re hosting a football or Superbowl party at your home. Just because the sport has been traditionally male dominated doesn’t mean you can’t put a creative and festive twist on a Superbowl party!
{Cake Pop Basket, Patriots Cookies, Giants Invite, Ticket Invitations}
We are totally digging the idea of football themed snacks! They’re fairly easy to make, and great finger foods. Chicken fingers, buffalo bites, french fries, chicken wings, quesadillas, salami and cheese crackers, deviled eggs, and our favorite: chili in mason jars!
