"A La Carte"
When you just need help with budget planning, vendor referral, contract review, and etiquette questions.
"The Wedding Director"
Day of Service: This package is designated for the Bride who has planned all her wedding but wants to relax on her special day and capture the memories.
Our services include:
- Two meetings with the couple to finalize details.
- Unlimited emails and phone calls.
- Walk through of your chosen venue.
- Review of vendors contracts.
- Provide a detailed Timeline of the events that will be distributed to all vendors and wedding party participants.
- Confirmation of all contracted vendors one week prior to Wedding Day.
- One Hour Ceremony Rehearsal.
- Placement of all personal items provided by the client for the Ceremony and Reception — including: programs, menus, place cards, favors, toasting glasses, cake server if needed.
- Work with all vendors to ensure proper order of the scheduled events.
- Keep the Bride and Groom, their parents and the attendants, appraised of all scheduled events.
- "Emergency Kit" provided.
- Help the designated family person in the distribution of any final payments or tips to vendors.
- Gather all personal items, wedding gifts and deliver to designated family member.
- Nine to Ten Hours of on site coordination.
"The Wedding Consultant"
Month of Service: This package is created for the Bride who is just starting to plan her Wedding but feels that she needs professional assistance and advice in some areas. We will keep you organized as well as offer many creative ideas for the few trouble areas you may run into.
Our services include:
- Two to four meetings with the couple throughout the planning process
- Unlimited emails and phone calls.
- Walk through of your chosen venue.
- Budget Planning services provided.
- Vendor/Venue referrals based on the couple's needs and budget.
- Review of all vendors/venue contracts.
- Assist with wedding style or theme.
- Assist with invitations design and order.
- Wedding attire selection if needed.
- Advise on color coordination, guest list and matters of etiquette.
- A detailed Wedding Day Timeline of the events that will be distributed to all vendors and wedding party participants.
- Contact all contracted vendors one month and then one week prior to Wedding Day to confirm arrival and exit times.
- One Hour Ceremony rehearsal.
- Work with all vendors to ensure proper order of the scheduled events.
- Placement of all personal items provided by the client for the Ceremony and Reception — including: programs, menus, place cards, favors, toasting glasses, cake server if needed.
- Manage the flow of events.
- "Emergency Kit" provided.
- Help the designated family person in the distribution of any final payments or tips to vendors.
- Gather all personal items, wedding gifts and deliver to designated family member.
- Nine to Ten Hours of on site coordination.

"The Wedding Planner"
Full Service: This package is created for the Bride who just wishes for the perfect wedding from the beginning to the end. With Wedding Elegance's professional assistance and advice, we will assist the Bride to walk through the process in all areas. Wedding Elegance will keep you organized as well as offer many creative ideas for all the areas you may encounter. This is a full service planning and coordination from beginning to end. There will be two coordinators on the wedding day.
Our services include:
- Four to seix meetings with the couple throughout the planning process
- Unlimited emails and phone calls.
- Helping in selecting a venue and then fo a walk through of chosen venue.
- Developing a working budget.
- Locating needed vendors and negotiating contract with vendors before signing.
- Assist with wedding style or theme.
- Assist with invitations design and order when needed.
- Wedding attire selection if needed.
- Advise on color coordination, guest list and matters of etiquette when needed.
- Create and maintain a detailed Wedding Day Timeline of the events that will be distributed to all vendors and wedding party participants.
- One Hour Ceremony rehearsal.
- Direct and monitor Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception.
- Work with all vendors to ensure services are provided according to contracts.
- Placement of all personal items provided by the client for the Ceremony and Reception — including: programs, menus, place cards, favors, toasting glasses, cake server if needed.
- Helping vendors in some decorating if needed.
- "Emergency Kit" provided.
- Manage, with other vendors, the flow of events.
- Assist the designated payee in the distribution of funds/checks to each of the vendors (inclusive of final payments and tips).
- Gather all personal items, wedding gifts and deliver to designated family member.
- Ten Hours of on site coordination.
